Hi my name is Michelle, I am a Christian woman living in Southern Maryland and I'm looking for friends with similar goals, interest and lifestyle who want to support eachother in this weight loss journey. I'm 44, been married for 26 years, have 2 daughters 26 and 21 and 1 son in-law and 1 grandson and a granddaughter coming in April. It's past time I get serious about losing weight and staying healthy so I can enjoy these years with my husband.

** I've been reading as much as I can about Sparkpeople before I "officially" begin January 4th. I wanted to run along side the Biggest Loser show. *** I bought and am reading The Spark. I'm hoping this helps me understand Sparkpeople even better.

In the end, I want my journey to be a lifestyle change and if I make friends along the way well that's bonus.

I've been married for 27.5 years, I have 2 daughters 27 & 22, I have a 2.5 year old grandson and a 1 year old granddaughter. I was raise in Southern Maryland.

Other Information:
I enjoy camping, hiking, Biking, bowling, walking, working out, hanging out with friends, girls night outs. I love Karen Kingsbury books. (once you start reading them you won't want to stop.)

    Hey! It was the BL Cardio Max workout.. I really like it. I was SOOO sore the first time I did it, but I am not so sore after the second time! (although it would be hard to be that sore again haha.. but I did 2 workouts in one day so that may be part of it)

    I am here Michelle-I am loosing weight-I lost 3 pounds last week but the week before I gained 4 so...... I just have not been able to get on here much with watching my grandkids :) How much have you lost?
