Primal Blueprint and Metabolic Type Diet. I'm a protein type, so I'm following a moderate-protein (20%), high fat (60%), low carb (20%) diet, very similar to Phase 2 of Atkins. No sugar, no gluten. Basically, I'm eating free-range and grass-fed meats and dairy and eggs and lots of organic veggies.
