I am doing a personal inventory. Evaluating the way i deal with food, exercise, stress, my family and life in general. i want to be happy and healthy for myself and the people around me. By establishing order with my diet and exercise it will give me the peace and energy to conquer the harder things in life.
I aim to incorporate as much flavor and new cooking technique as possible as i make my way through a complete over haul of the way i eat. instead of speed and a false sense of comfort governing what i put in my body; my goal is to completely change my relationship with food.
i want fitness to be a positive force in my life, something that i can share with my family and learn to incorporate it into my daily life. my goal is to try a lot of different activities until i find something that makes me comfortable and excited to do instead of a chore

My Goals:
SHORT- TERM GOAL:
lose 25 pounds in the next three months. this year i am buying a bathing suit and i will wear it to the beach without a tshirt and shorts over it.
MID-TERM GOAL: lose 60 pounds in a a year
LONG-TERM GOAL: take the national guard or reservist test


My Program:
i am exploring new ethnic herbs and flavors to introduce myself to completely different flavors without the fat or chemicals. i am experimenting with all different kinds of herbs, spices and vegetables to create new and exciting food. i want to love the way my food makes me feel and have the satisfaction of knowing that it is healthy instead of the guilt and extra weight.
