My goal is to learn new healthy behaviors that I will use daily. I am eating more fresh fruits and vegetables daily and incorporating fiber in my diet also. Walking is my thing when it comes to exercise and I intend to implement some resistance bands in my routine. I need to stay motivated and committed. Will I? Yes I will!
