My Goals:

My Program:
I do Weight Watchers, which I love. But, WW does not have all the tools that SP has. More importantly, WW allows their members to harass other members on the message boards and it gets pretty brutal over there. So, I follow the WW plan, read the SP articles, use the SP message boards, walk like a maniac, and drink water like a camel.

Congratulations on reaching your goal. I read your post in lunch ideas and it really makes sense. The weeks I am good and do a dinner menu are the less stressful ones. I may have to try to do lunches as well. Best Wishes, Mary
