Spark people is a great tool to keep me focused but also remind me that doing something is better than doing nothing and learning to accept those days when my fitness plans are different than what my body or family's needs or plans will allow..

Hey friend in Christ. I see you haven't logged in your food in a month and the last time you did you used Misc everytime. With the extensive food database you should be able to find something similiar to what you ate. If you are having trouble sticking to it let me know. It's not that we fall off it's what we do when we do that counts. Remember it's not a race but a journey. Let me know what's going on with you and if there is something I can help you with.

btw... i have been meaning to tell you this... you look super super and i mean super thin in your profile pic.. that must be the decemeber 2009 when you did cabo at the time too... anyway just wanted to let you know there is no doubt in my mind that you will get back to being that way again! oh.. and is it weird that i seem to be the only person posting on your spark page?!?!?! :) Wheres your other spark mama?

Hey I watched that movie about the girl who lost 90lbs... very motivating thanks for sharing. Oh and don't forget your a motivator too! Don't forget.. I am just on for the ride..
