I'm a twenty five year old flight attendant for a major airline. At 19 I lost 50 pounds only to gain 25 back after I started flying at 21, I've stayed stable until this past year when I slowly have slipped up around 5 pounds. It may not seem like a lot but I'm closer to 200 pounds then I have been in 6 years!

It's time to lose the weight again and feel great about myself. ; )

Sorry to be late welcoming you to the 100 Day Challenge team - I was on vacation in the Exuma Islands with essentially no internet last week.

Welcome (officially) to the 100 Day Challenge Team! We are always happy to have another teammate! Glad to hear that you are up for challenging yourself to increasing your fitness levels - that is ultimately the goal of this challenge. Most of us try to switch up our exercise to keep things fun as well. It gets much easier the longer you do it. I am up to day 256, but I remember how hard the first few weeks were...hang in there!

We are a small team working hard to support each other in the quest for fitness and happiness. Every day we each have the choice to prioritize exercise and move closer to our goals. Try to keep track of your streak so that you can help inspire others. If you falter, don't worry, tomorrow is always a new day
