Fitness for life one day at a time!
Hi i'm Brandi. I'm a yo-yo dieter. I've lost and regained weight a couple of times. I'm always to harsh on myself. I tend to get the all or nothing mentality. [Considering that I'm not yet 20, none of the above is a good thing!] So.... No more diets. I'm learning to make healthy choices one day at a time. No more losing and regaining, this is my life not a six-week workout plan. Time to start accepting and loving myself for who I am! ...

If I make a bad decision I'll do better next time. I realize now that it's never too late [or too earlier] to start living a healthy life.

My Goals:
Lose 90 lbs. ^ That's a lot. But I am aiming at smaller goals along the way. -Drink more water. -Eat less processed foods! -Lose atleast 40 lbs by my birthday (October) -Walk everyday!!! -Start Yoga -Learn how to properly strength train with Kettlebells
My Program:
I do a little of everything. Just whatever I'm in the mood for. Power walking, cycling, kickboxing, strength training, aerobics.
Other Information:
I love animals and nature!
