Hello, i seen you had posted on a board and was impressed by what you have lost and seen you have been a member sense August is that right? Have you lost that much weight sense then? If so can you give me some tips, anything at all? Im having a hard time doing cardio but think if walking counts toward it i will walk 1 mile everyday and work up to more and until i lose more I dont want to do much strenth training. Anyway you have done awsome !!!!!!!!!!!!!
