I May Not be There Yet, But I'm Closer than I was Yesterday...

I've been living off of fast food for the past 10 years or so and it's finally catching up to me. I'm here now trying to change my eating habits for life in order to improve my health and hopefully lose some (or a lot of) weight along the way.

I've been forcing myself to go to the grocery store and actually COOK instead of hitting up a drive thru every single day. I've cut out most processed foods as well as fast food.

It's working!! :)

My Goals:
~At least 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily.

~At least 25g of fiber daily.

~Eliminate fast food, most processed foods, and reduce my consumption of red meat.



My Program:
Just trying to change from my daily fast food habit to a balanced diet of lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, and non-processed foods.

Yea were right about not being hungry for the rest of the night! I was full the rest of the night. Hope your 4th of July is a fun one! We are watching the show our town puts on! It's a big deal here, so it will be a blast! emoticon
