I've been doing okay, I haven't done anything horrible but I've kind of lost track of my diet and all lately and I've only been exercising a little. I think it has to do with me not being on Spark People enough. lol I'm going to try and start logging everything again and push my lazy ass to move around more. What I was doing was working, so I shouldn't give up!
Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life, and welcome to sparks as well this is a great site , very useful and informative. So do you follow your own meal plan. Do you keep track of everything you put in your mouth ? Do you weigh and measure portions? The food diary is a very helpful tool, next to exercise its your second best tool you have maybe. Maybe you do keep one and i just couldnt see it because the friendship settings are not mutual . Maybe you haven't started one yet . So if you have skip the next sentences lol - you need to start keeping track of everything and the portion size that you eat. not only will it keep you accountable to what you eat and how much it will let others , such as myself see what your eating and what you could curb to save calories. you do count your calories i assume ? You look as if YOUTH is still on your side , it just a matter of jumpstarting your metabolism and i imagine yours will fire right up !! 2273 days ago
