    Thanks Brandi! I needed that. You hit it right on the nail. I'm heading out for a 2 mile walk w/ a friend & then off to mommy bootcamp for 1 hr of circuit training. Then, for another 2 mile walk to pick one of my kids up from kindergarten. Busy morning. Now if I could just eat as well as I'm working out...LOL...Hope your Dr's appt went well.     LMAO I know rite its like I can not find a workout to stick to. I saw this on tv they are using this kettlebell iys 4lbs but when I tell you ny body was soooo sore thr nnext day I just hope I keep this up I ready too slim down at least 20lbs by july 4th but anyway did you enjoy your workout
