Another day 1

Four years ago I lost 100lbs. I maintained for 2.5 years. Since then I have gained back almost 50 lbs. How? By eating crap, and lots off it and giving up my gym membership. I hate what I see in the mirror again so I am making some changes, but this time I changing things for my whole family. We can all use healthier food in the house and more physical activity.
