Hey guys! What's up?? My name is Brandi, and i just turned 23! :-) Never felt better than I do right now! I am young, strong, happy and healthy! I feel very accomplished that I actually made it to my goal weight! I recently lost 47 pounds to make it to my first goal of 135! I am extremely happy with my results.....I have done a fairly good job of maintaining since July 2007, I fluctuate between 135-140 right now. But, I have decided to concentrate on toning while maintaining a healthy new goal is to make it to a solid 115! Which is around the lower end of my healthy BMI.

Plus, I use my ab-lounge 5 x's a week and do 30 push-ups a day 5 x's a week.

To be honest, I probably only lost 50 because I stopped weighing myself when I hit 188. I didn't start losing weight until a few months after that so I'm guessing. I may have stayed around 190 and never hit 200. Though the pictures say otherwise. My husband makes fun of the old me haha
I think its a great idea (accountability buddies). I've tried to open up to a few other people here but everyone's very secluded in their weight loss goals. I think it is better to work with partners or teams and encourage each other...
