My Program:
To meet my goals I am cutting back my calories to somewhere in between 1200-1500 a day...keeping a calorie log of everything that goes into my mouth!!

As well, I am doing 60 minutes cardio 5 times a week,

Plus, I use my ab-lounge 5 x's a week and do 30 push-ups a day 5 x's a week.

I'm also trying really hard to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Overall, I am eating healthier and carrying out a much more healthy lifestyle.

I also cut back on my alchohol consumption!

To be honest, I probably only lost 50 because I stopped weighing myself when I hit 188. I didn't start losing weight until a few months after that so I'm guessing. I may have stayed around 190 and never hit 200. Though the pictures say otherwise. My husband makes fun of the old me haha
I think its a great idea (accountability buddies). I've tried to open up to a few other people here but everyone's very secluded in their weight loss goals. I think it is better to work with partners or teams and encourage each other...
