Mommy of 2 looking to lose !!!

I am a mother of 2 girls. Ruby is 2 & Jozey is 3 weeks. I am really trying to lose the weight that I have gained over the last 5 years so that I can be a healthy example for my girls. I really don't want them to be overly focused on weight but to live by my example. I want to instill good hablts in them at a young age.

Glad to hear from you. Baby got big. Both of your girls are so cute. Keep in touch. BTW, I just noticed that Jozie was born on my birthday!!!! She is a little Aries.

Brandi,

Thanks for the post on my page! I would love it if we could motivate eachother! I never had a c-section...but I remember how hard it was to get back to exercising even after a regular delivery both times...but you can do it! Just take it easy for now, and try just to stay mobile. Walk around the house a few times more each day. Pick up the baby more than you have to. Just don't hurt yourself! :D Make good nutritional choices..whole wheat everything! Keep taking your prenatal vitamins and help your body heal up. Lots of lean protein too! DRINK your water!! Then after that my friend...say helloooooooo to sexay! :D
