The last few weeks have been over-stressed, so there may be days that I don't eat enough .. but when I spark my foods .. most times I come right within my bracket of 1200-1500 calories .. which is the bracket I got from somewhere in calculatings .. :)
Pretty much I average about 1300-1400 calories .. (still working on the carb intake .. :) )
So -- yes -- normally I'm eating enough, but there are days that I feel like I'm eating eating and eating some more, and come through with 900 calories .. so the next day I bump it up a bit, just to keep my metabolism confused .. lol lol ..
