My Program:
I am NOT on a DIET, That word is banned from our house. I want this 'Change of Lifestyle' to stay forever.

Personal Information:
I am not going to put my age #cos you have to keep updating it, so suffice to say that I'm over 55! I am married to a wonderful person called Pete who is 10 years younger than me. He has joined SP and is CATMAN124. Together we are going to make it!!!!!
My Mum is still alive and well and lives in North Wales and we visit her as often as possible.
I took early retirement from the Bank in 2006 after 36 years ( murderers get to serve less time than that )
I have decided that I must try to get as much weight off as possible and have lost nearly a stone in the past year which is quite good but need to do much more.

Just skipping to the kitchen to turn yoghurt and quark into ice cream. I don't have a funky ice-cream maker but figured if I open the freezer and give it a stir every hour or so, that will do just fine.

Hi Jude
Depression is biting me in the bum. Thought I'd not share my misery about. Kicking myself up the bum now and going to drive up to the coast to see if we can see anything of the meteor shower. Taking the hounds with us (not that they will be right impressed). Normal service will be resumed soon.
How is Pete doing?

R

Hi, Brandi. Thank you for coming to my page and for your input. Sometimes these charts.......LOL But I think they are right for the most part, which is why you wonder more seriously when you get misinformation. Have a happy day! emoticon

Good news on the bloke stopping then. Good news that the stitches are out.
Although we read about car drivers not seeing bikes the whole time, there are relatively few mishaps on the roads, in the grand scheme of things.
The problem is that we are vulnerable road users and it only takes one person who has a slip of concentration (or who is a total numpty who shouldn't be allowed near a car) and we are off our bikes and sliding up the tarmac.

Send him our love.
Raffie
