My Program:
I am NOT on a DIET, That word is banned from our house. I want this 'Change of Lifestyle' to stay forever.

Personal Information:
I am not going to put my age #cos you have to keep updating it, so suffice to say that I'm over 55! I am married to a wonderful person called Pete who is 10 years younger than me. He has joined SP and is CATMAN124. Together we are going to make it!!!!!
My Mum is still alive and well and lives in North Wales and we visit her as often as possible.
I took early retirement from the Bank in 2006 after 36 years ( murderers get to serve less time than that )
I have decided that I must try to get as much weight off as possible and have lost nearly a stone in the past year which is quite good but need to do much more.

I do Exante for 3 weeks and then have a regular week eating up to 1800 calories max or 850 calories minimum depending on weight and build. Then back on the low cal plan.
I've been chatting with the customer services folk and they have suggested that, rather than doing the total solution (600 cal) that I have 4 meals on busy days and have 800 calories instead. This works much better for me. I did that yesterday. Even though it was a home day, I did housework, gardening, walking my dogs so I was fairly active. It's still low cal so the weigh will shift. The food tastes nice too, which is a bonus.
