Hi I am 36 y/o female, married w/ 14 y/o daughter. I have always been over weight but the last 4-5 years have gotten worse. I quit smoking and that started it uphill from there. I have been hating myself lately and I am getting concerned about my daughter, she is so very much like me. I don't want her to end up like this, I want her to see me changing and maybe she will want to change for herself.
I also have MS, I have been doing great with that and I know loosing weight couldn't help! MS=Mighty Special :)

My Goals:
I just want to loose this weight. I have been real down on myself for a long time now and I am hoping that this will help me out. I am sick of hating myself.
UPDATE: well its feeling pretty good loosing what I have. Then with ppl noticing it too hopefully I am on my out of that dark place I put myself.


My Program:
I started out eating only salad twice a day everyday. Oatmeal for breakfast. I was adding chix or turkey to the salad. I really dislike fish so thats out. I exercise everyday, weekends are optional because im doing housework and what not anyway. Once in awhile I will have chix hotdog or keilbasa. I did not eat any redmeat.
An update: I now have salads for one instead of two meals a day I have decided I need more carbs in my daily meals.
UPDATE: Now I am trying to more normal only salads once in awhile prob should have them more. Just watching the portions that is the biggest thing.



Personal Information:
I have lived in Connecticut pretty much all my life. I was born in FL. From there went to VA, back to CT. From age 2-11 in WI back to CT. Tried living in WI later as a teen. But missed "mom". So here I am back in CT.


Other Information:
I love to read Dean Koontz, Stephen King is hard to get into his movies are better. I Love Nora Roberts specially her trilogies. Anne Rice and my newest like...Laurell K Hamilton. She is tough tho can get pretty graphic.
