Starting Over

I am once again starting over however, this time I have made a lot of changes. I have finally left my husband who was not very supportive or kind, I moved back home to be closer to family and they are very supportive in assisting me with losing weight.
I am making a different approach towards losing weight this time. Slow and steady weight loss instead of trying so many of these fad diets that I lose weight for a short time but, then gain it back and then some.

My Goals:
My goal is to start an exercise program and stick with it. Make a lifestyle change in my eating habits. Try to avoid processed foods as much as possible. Eat more fruits and vegetables.

My Program:
Eliminating my trips to McDonalds for a large sweet tea daily.
Avoiding processed foods.
Think before eating. Is that snack really worth the extra time on the treadmill?


Personal Information:
I currently live in Georgia. I am the mother of 4 kids and 1 adorable grandson. I work full time and commute approximately 1 hour each day. I wish there was a work out plan for in the car. That is when I have most of my free time.

I read your comment on eaating out and I feel the same....this healthy eating is really a lot of preparation and organization .....wish I knew the secret because I too am trying to start all over again after loosing 60 pounds in 2007 only to have it all back again now. But nice to meet you here on spark emoticon
