Hi I am Patty

I am an RN who had gastric bypass .9/08. I have 20lbs left to loose and keep off and I needed motivation that's why I started posing calories and protein. I must get at least 60gms of protein a day. I must drink alot of water and take my vitamins. I know I need to exercise and count what I eat THUIS SPARK! This will be hard and hard to keep off but it will be worth it because I will be healthy.
