Long Journey Starting With Small Steps

*I am making positive changes in my life in order to live healthier and saner.
* Remember, all relationships have rules and boundaries. If the relationship fails to work within those rules and boundaries then you end it. The same goes for food.
* I follow a no sugar, 3 meals and two snacks of weighted and measured portions plan. I also attend 12 step meetings for my food/sugar addiction

My Goals:
* To be able to shop in the misses sized clothing stores

* To be healthy, happy and sane

* To enjoy (or at least tolerate) daily exercise

* To live life one day at a time.

My Program:
I eat every 2 - 3 hours. My main meal calorically speaking is breakfast. I then taper off as I reach my final meal at dinner. I usually have 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. I weight and measure everything. If it's not on my plan for the day, I don't eat it. I attend OA meetings to assist with the emotional aspects of my eating.
