Trying to drop back down a healthly weight

I'm 27 and discovered boxing the last week in December 2010. A random last minute invite on a very rainy day has pretty much took over my life. That ten months ago and now i train in the boxing gym four night a week. Do bag work, strength training at home and have since last month took up running 2-4 miles at least three times a week.
I have took part in two boxing shows which i won , and recently in a tournament, in which i lost in the final.

I have to train hard and work hard as skill does not come easily to me However i am improving and i love love the challenge .

I am currently 57kg at my highest i was 67kg , i am slowly losing weight through exercise and nutrition, i don't want / need big weight loss.
In my current weight class i was alot shorter than the other girls so ideally i want to be in and around 53kg where the girls seem to be closer in height to me.
Due to my build i dont really think i need/ or can look healthy going any lower.

My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share.
My goal is to lose weight, reduce body fat and become fitter.

My Program:
I plan to do the chalean extreme for ninety days.
cycle daily for 30minutes.
And continue with my boxing training of three sessions off weight.
My diet at the moment is terrible so a big calorie reduction is in order, I will try and find my feet with that and work out percentages of p/c/fruit and veg that my body performs best at and will then aim to remain at that. I do not wish to lose muscle mass and if my weightloss appears to be muclemass a overhaul will have to occur.

Personal Information:
I'm a single IRISH mother off two lively childer!
I'm 27 and have been boxing for 6 months and am totally in love obsessed with the sport.

Dia duit Boxitoff - go raibh maith agat as do chuid barúlacha a fháil. Hopefully, the google translator application didn't go crazy on me! Thanks for your comment! I will check out the An Chultúrlann shop you mentioned. I am watching a TG4 series on Youtube where the guy travels about Ireland - No Béarla - and attempts to talk to folks only in Gaelige. You can tell that most understand an cúpla focal - but are afraid to try and speak it back to him. Anyhow, I wish you the best on your journey - would you care to be Spark friends? Slan agat! Lee
