First of all, let me tell you... this girl can eat! I shocked lots and lots of people how big my appetite is. Just yesterday I walked in the party and someone yelled out " Hey! She's here! Everybody hurry up and eat!
Other than eating, I also love to cook. My family also are good, good cooks. So pretty much my life's been surrounded by food. On top of that... I have sweet tooth and I much on chips way too often.
When it comes to fitness...well, I'm asthmatic so I get tired easily. I can tolerate only low-impact activities. I find myself stopping the workout dvd to catch my breath frequently.
I'm now paying price for those bad habits. I've been made fun of my weight for the past 6 years. The comments got worst when I had to work with a whole bunch of Asian girls who weight only 80-90 Ibs. I don't work there anymore. I got a new job as soon as I received my degree. I recently joined W.O.W ( watching our weight ) program at work along with signing up with sparkpeople. I changed my habits little by little and I lost 7 Ibs so far. I just hope I could stick with it :-)

My Goals:
My main goal sounds silly, but I wanted to be able to fit in my clothes again. It's quite depressing when I have to go shop for a whole bunch of new outfits in much larger size.

My next goal is to prove those people who've been making fun of me wrong.

And lastly, I wanna rock in that wedding dress and be physically fit enough to dance all night long without huffing & puffing







My Program:
- Lots & lots of water

- 25-30 g of fiber/ day

- 90 minutes of cardio & 3 days of resistent training/ wk. I love lifting weight :-)

-Not eating before going to bed. I work midnight and my hunger usually sets in right before bedtime.

    hey again!! oh don't worry about being busy, I understand .... i'm only addicted to spark now because i want to avoid studying :( after the test though, i might have to sneak on at work lol aww why haven't you had strong enough will power?! come on girl! you can do it :) well, i suggest after this weekend haha i think it might sucker me in!

    i've been doing well .... my weight has been at a standstill so i'm trying a thing called calorie cycling. hopefully it will work. i set tuesday as my official weigh in day, so i've been trying not to check!

    well let me know if there's anything to do to give ya a push of motivation!!
