Mei Li's Journey - Back and There Again!

Well, what can I say? I keep losing and gaining the same 20 lbs!

I will be 40 next year (May 2009) and my goal is lose this weight and keep it off FOR GOOD! I need to take my health seriously now.

My Goals:
My goal is to feel good about myself when I look in the mirror.

My Program:
I exercise a minimum of five days a week doing both cardio and strength training. I want to tone my body all over! And, I'm counting calories too!

Personal Information:
I live in Virginia, just 35 miles outside of Washington, D.C. My husband and I love to cruise whenever we can! We have three wonderful dogs: Daisy (yellow Lab-mix), Hannah (fawn Boxer), and Nikko (male Boxer). We enjoy coming home every day to tails wagging and the Boxers doing their "kidney bean" dance!

UPDATE 6/20/2007:
Nikko, our male Boxer, was put to sleep on June 1st. He had been battling cancer since August 2006. We were able to have him euthanized at home, in his familiar surrounding while Greg and I held him in our arms. Nikko's sisters were able to say good-bye to him afterwards.

Other Information:
My favorite movies of all time are Steel Magnolias, Remember the Titans, and Rudy. I can't get enough of them three!

You have to love the kidney bean dance. We have three dancing everyday we come home or come out of the bathroom or up from the basement, etc. Well you know. Good luck on meeting your goals.
