trying this weight loss thing again!! i know i can do it i have done it before!!!

I am married with two children. I need to lose weight to make me feel better. My husband is a marine and in great shape I would love to keep up with him when we go bowhunting and do other outdoor activities. Also to keep up with my kids..they are a blast but lots of work and energy.

I love all the support I get from everyone. I need a push sometimes and anytime I send someone a message everyone has always messaged me back with great advice and awesome support..so to all of you thank you. I am going to try very hard this time around. I really want to look better and feel better. I would love to put clothes on and feel great about the way they fit. I know i can do this. When I eat well and exercise, I feel great!! I just need to take the time for myself. I have a family but if im not taking time for myself how can i be being the best wife and mother i can be. I know if I take the time to exercise then I will feel better and have a better attitude. So with all of this said, im going to exercise more, eat better and all and all be a healthier person!!!!!!!!!!

My kids and husband are my whole life..but if im not happy how can i make them happy..so for me to be happy i need to be at a weight i feel is good for me..i would then enjoy shopping again..and that would make me very very happy!!!!

I did hcg and followed the protocol back in June and lost 17 lbs in short 23 day cycle. I was really happy with it, but I didn't follow the next phase correctly at all. At the end of my weight loss phase I went to vegas and just had a blast! I had so much fun, but I never pulled myself back together when I got home.

Since then, I have attempted the diet twice, but didn't succeed. I started the injections on Sat. and today is my first VLCD and so far all is going well. I'm determined to be on and stay on this time.

Are you taking hcg by injections or oral? How is today going?

Hello there fellow bow hunter!!! I bow hunt too...but my favorite is hunting with a muzzle loader. Our kids...twins age 9 both got their first deer this year. It was exciting!

Anyway, I just started my next (and hopefully the last) round of hcg....keep in touch and let me know how things are going for you!!!

I bet your doctor will say that he does not know much about it, or that the FDA has not approved it for weight loss, or that 500 cal is too severe and that it would be detrimental to your health and he would not recommend it. That is my bet. If he is open to integrative medicine, he might be a little less "harsh" but not many in Western Medicine are familiar with, or open to, the protocol in my experience. And when I say "my experience", I work in Western Medicine so I have talked to many doctors and healthcare professionals who have commented on my loss and want to know how I did it. ALL are skeptical, even those that have weight to lose and want to lose, they just don't want to go "that far"... lol
