I'm Ready For A Change

I've been working out for years and have seen no progress, so i'm looking for a way to change my habits. I'm going to eat more temporately and at more times. I'm going to start working with weights and i'm going to work out in the mornings, when you burn faster. I've already cut out Fast Food and soda, two addictions. Those were very difficult. If i can handle that, i can do anything.
