My Goals:
I'm running the London Marathon in April 2012 and hopefully I can look good doing it.



My Program:
Exercise 5 days a week.
3 runs per week and 2 days strength rtraining and mixed cardio.

Eat more protein and stick to my calorie limit. No exceptions.

Giving up chocolate for lent.
