Motivation

My goals are to get back to the fitness level I was at in the military. I really let myself go when i got out of the military and went up to 350lbs it was not good. I decided this was not me and i will get back into my former shape. I am down to 268lbs which is a lot better but not were i want to be. My goal is to reach 240lbs,.

My Goals:
Drop my body fat % to 22%.

My Program:
I changed my eating habits, i excercise 6 days a week. M -W -F i do strength training and T - Th -Sa i do cardio. And i do sit ups every day. What i do is try and confuse my muscles by rotating the workouts, usually after 3 weeks whatever excercise i did on monday will now be done on friday and so on. Same for the cardio. Also inbetween my reps i do 1 minute of jumping jacks.

Personal Information:
My name is Sam I am 44 and married for the past 15 years. I have a 10 year old daughter and i am origenally from New Jersey but i reside in Myrtle Beach SC now for the past 7 years.

Other Information:
I love to play and watch Football, my favorite movie is Top Gun.

I would love to utilize Jillian AND Bob as my personal trainer(s)! I watch Biggest Loser (show) faithfully and I'd like to workout with those 2 in real life. If I had a true personal trainer I'd workout so hard and get so buff - LOL. Heck I wouldn't even fit through doors! Stay on that wife of yours!

The new pics are ROCKIN'! I couldn't help notice the standing heavy bag in the background. That provides a great all-over workout! I use to have one and really enjoyed it.
