My Goals:
My goal is to greet this time of transition in my life with wonderment - as a wonderful sense of adventure, gratitude and a belief that anything is possible. A large part of this reinvention of myself is developing a healthy lifesytle and undoing the poor habits that got me to where I am today like not exercising or paying attention to what I ate. My goal in sparkpeople is to be fit and healthy. I'm shooting high for my lowest weight in college. If I miss well I'll land among the stars as they say.

My Program:
I'm just returning to my program which is to track all my food to insure that I am consuming less calories than I burn and that all those calories are nutritional, taste fabulous and are satisfying.

My fitness goal right now is to go to the gym daily- 7 days/week to both strength train and do cardio. I will later have to relax this considerably because I know it's unrealistic in the long run. For now though while I have the time- and the gym why not? It will certainly help me to tone quickly if not accelerate my weight loss in a good way as long as I don't overdo it.

I am mindful that this is a lifestyle change so I am trying to follow the gradual, slow weight loss plan. I can be fit and firm while I'm loosing though.
