I was never an overweight person growing up. When I got married in June 1999 I was a size 10-12. My husband and I worked in a factory in Mississippi where our lunch break was only 20 minutes. I learned to eat fast. Then you only got 2 ten min breaks so you had snacks by you at all times.

I never noticed the weight gain but my mother came to visit and was shocked at the weight gain. My husband and I lost our jobs and moved back to KY. Started working and exercising less. Gained more and more. Then my husband got a job and that required me to move to IN. There I found myself big. So my mother and I joined Weight Watchers and the scales showed me 205. I was shocked! Worked on counting points and sneaking in exersise. Then in 2006, I found out I was pregnant. I wanted to stay with Weight Watchers but they would not let a pregnant woman be there. So I dropped and tried watching what I ate. In June 2006 I lost twin boys at 21 weeks pregnant due to complications beyond my control. So I was in a depression state for months. Gained more weight. Then my mother said why don't we join TOPS. I was like yeah it will be like Weight motivation and no one friendly. I was wrong. The leader welcomed with a warm hug and everyone made me feel warm and that I could do this. I have been up and down on the scales but I have lost 22 pounds with there help. I was so motivated last year that I was gonna graduate this year and I got pregnant and had a miscarriage at 5 weeks. So here I am AGAIN. I want to graduate and be a part of the circle of light in 2012 SRD!

Hope my story did not bore everyone. I am a Colts fan and I am owned by 2 Bostons, Sadie and Abby.

Good morning! Our Daily Challenge on the Pound-a-thon is to let our team mates know that they are BEAUTIFUL!
So hold your head up high, and face the world with a BEAUTIFUL smile from BEAUTIFUL you!

Yes, you are beautiful, no matter what the scale says, or what size your jeans are, or how old you are! emoticon

I know you're not on the Pound--a-thon, but I still had to share this with you anyway, because you are BEAUTIFUL!

“Welcome every morning with a smile. Look on the new day as another special gift from your Creator, another golden opportunity to complete what you were unable to finish yesterday. Be a self-starter.
Let your first hour set the theme of success and positive action that is certain to echo through your entire day.
Today will never happen again. Don't waste it with a false start or no start at all. You were not born to fail.”
