Bossdog's Journey

Boy am I tired of being the largest in the room. I'm 6 feet 6 inches tall and I weigh 345. That means I should lose about a hundred pound (maybe a little less). My current goal is 50 pounds. I'm over 50 and I really think the structure of this program will be good for me. I have a lovely wife who is joining me on this adventure.

Answering ur ? to my blog....an HRM is a Heart Rate Monitor!! Check them out on SP & google them. If u r into cardio, as I am focusing on now, u will find that u can use ur time more wisely!! WOOT WOOT!

WOW! 6'6"! That is tall considering my whole house the tallest if 5'10"
