My Goals:
My overall goal is to lose 45% of my starting weight of 281. This will take me down to 155, now that weighing zero seems a little unrealistic.

For 2014 the plan is simple: to lose 1.5 lbs per week. That will bring me to within a few pounds of goal by the end of 2014.

My Program:
1. Treating the Sparky Nutrition Tracker as an unrelenting drill sergeant (i..e, the Soup Nazi).

2. No "seconds", no desserts, and no exceptions. I have become an herbivore, mainly. No veggies or fruits are safe in our house.

3. I track sodium and cholesterol as well. Male and in my 50s, I harbor no illusion over the importance of this stuff too.

4. Gym during the school year, cardio (45 minutes) and strength (20 to 30 minutes), about 4 or 5 days a week. Brisk walks outdoors, as conditions allow, on weekends. Swim laps in the summer, as much as time allows (typically 50 to 100 miles per summer). Yes, I have scales, gills and a waterproof mp3 player.

5. Using the Sparky Activity Tracker and totally floating myself away on roughly 100 oz of water per day. Oh yes, peeing just all the damn time too.

6. Maintain humor throughout the process - absolutely essential!

ope everyone is ready for a new month and healthy journey I am ready and have my back pack as I call it packed and ready challenges quotes meal plan in place for the 4th
Lets remember a Goal without a plan is just a wish we can have results or excuses but not both we get to pick I am picking results Happy July emoticon
