Hi, I'm Pat, and I am losing weight. I joined Sparks in November 2009. My goal is to lose this weight so that I'll be more healthy, happy, and enjoy my life more. Hi, I'm Pat, and I am losing weight. I joined Sparks in November 2009. My goal is to lose this weight so that I'll be more healthy, happy, and enjoy my life more. Having had 'RA' rhumatoid Artritis since I was in my early teens has put a damper on my daily activities, and as I've gotten older it is only going to get worse. So now is the time to do something about my weight. I've started lots of diets through out my life just never stuck with one long enough to get to a healthy weight. I've lost lots of pounds during each diet, but I always gained it back plus more, so now I'm to tired and getting to old to do the yo-yo shuffle any more. I know there is no easy way out of this fix that I got myself into and that I have to go this on my own, but it's nice knowing that others can relate to what I'm going through. If you believe in the power of prayer, then please pray for me, and I'll be in prayer for you and your weight loss. I hope we can each get to where we want to be. Along my journey that would be to get to a healthy weight for me. I'm only 5'1'' without shoes, so I've got a long way to go, but I won't give up this time!! BorrowedAngel1 - Pat

My Goals:
I just want to be healthy, and be a normal weight, which does not mean being pencil thin. I would like to have a lot fewer aches and pains, which are brought on by being over weight, which effects my arthritis.
My Program:
Watching my intake of calories, and walking on my treadmill. I'm just trying to do the best I can. I didn't get fat over night, so I'm not expecting to be thin over night.. simple as that.. just common sense
