My ultimate goal is to get down to my target weight by September. I want to be at a healthy weight without any fat rolls!
I am eating under 1400 calories a day and workout every day. My workout consists of an ab lounger, arm weights, a shake weight, and walking off 600 calories on a gazelle. (I just often forget to log it )
