    Hi, You left a comment on my page about the pic--I just made the model the largest weight that it would accept. With your mouse on the pic, you right click the mouse. Click on save picture as, & choose where you want to put it on your pc. Then you can download it from there to your spark page. Hope this helps. emoticon

    That's a really good question! I'm not sure I can pick just one thing that was the key to being successful. There were several things that I feel were different this time than ever before. First was just sheer determination. I felt different this time and knew it was time to change. Besides that, just being very careful to do things right so that the weight came off quickly which kept me encouraged and motivated. For example, buying my digital food scale (from WalMart, 19.99) was so beneficial to my diet. I weigh everything so no guessing on portions. Also keeping a food journal everyday. I write down every food that I eat as my day goes along so I always know at every moment just how many calories I've eaten and how many I have left. I never went over my calories. I was eating 1500 in the beginning. Exercising too was a great part of my success, even just walking in the beginning. So all of those things each played a major part in the whole plan working and I believe if I would have cut any of them out, I may not have had the success that I had this time.
