I want my body to look like what I see in my head !

I am 24 years old. I have always had the curvy figure with the “child bearing hips” and I never really have learned to become comfortable with myself. My weight would always fluctuate between 155-165 lbs depending on how serious I took my diet and training. I got a serious boyfriend and began eating…well…everything ! I gained 30 lbs and sitting at 174Lbs. It hit me like a ton of bricks when I realized that my inner things were touching together..and my clothes no longer fit. This was my ...

My weight would always fluctuate between 155-165 lbs depending on how serious I took my diet and training. I got a serious boyfriend and began eating…well…everything ! I gained 30 lbs and sitting at 174Lbs. It hit me like a ton of bricks when I realized that my inner things were touching together..and my clothes no longer fit. This was my wakeup call…I did a transformation contest on Bodybuilding.com and lost 30 lbs from doing Atkins. I was down to 146lbs.Now, I have gained 30 lbs back and would like to take it off the healthy way.
I have been on and off with spark for over 4 yrs and hoping to continue this year full strength. I want to feel comfortable inside and outside. Due to my poor diet and exercise not only is my body lacking my skin, nails, and even mood have plummeted I am hoping to change that an become beautiful !
