I have been Obese even since I was in 8th grade. I am now 25 going on 26... that's a long time to be fat. getting out of a pretty bad break-up that was a HUGE hit to my confidence and starting a new job all at the same time got me thinking, this is a great time to change, grow, learn, and become the absolute best I can be!

My highest weight was 228lbs. That was 4 years ago. Slowly over the next few years, I had lost over 40lbs and ended up at 187lbs. Then I gained it all back after a huge and humiliating fight with a friend. I was targeted as being "Fat" by assholes even after I had lost 40lbs. I let it get to me and felt defeated, like I could NEVER win, worked my ass off and still the fat girl.

I hit 230 on the scale in January 2014, and was so upset I had gained everything back, I ate. And ate. And ate. Finally, mid-end January, I snapped out of it, joined a local fitness group, and started my healthy journey (again). Here I go again.



Progess:

End of January 2014: 230lbs
February 1, 2014: 225lbs
February 15, 2014: 218lbs
February 22, 2014: 216lbs
March 08, 2014: 210lbs - 20 pounds!

My Goals:
I just want to be happy in my skin and feel good when I'm wit my friends.


My Program:
Eat clean & train dirty. Tried the Magic Milkshakes, didn't last. Tried expensive workouts/meal plans, nope. Now I go to FitMIX (Bootcamp Class) and Fitness Fusion (Cardio/Weight fusion) 3-4 days a week, and eat lean meats, more veggies, and less processed crap.
