My Goals:
Lose 50 pounds and be fabulously fit!

My Program:
I've been off and on Sparkpeople (way more off than on!) since January 2007 and am back up to my high weight. I turn 50 on October 31, 2013 and want to lose 50 pounds by then. I am off to a good start -- tracking my food daily and working out 5ish times a week walking and lifting weights. My challenges are (1) getting enough sleep, and (2) limiting chocolate and red wine.
