Looking for Motivation

I had my first child 1 year ago. While breastfeeding I was able to eat anything and everything but continued to lose weight. At month 8 I was eating the same, but my body began decreasing it's ability to burn through the food. I'm seeing the fall back now and my weights trailed back up and my muscle mass is very limited.

My Goals:
Overall healthy lifestyle, lose minimum 20 pounds, gain better confidence and self-esteem.

My Program:
Begin utilizing Nutrition, Fitness, and Weight Tracker on a daily basis.

Exercise cardio and weight training 5 days a week (minimum).

Personal Information:
I've lost large amounts of weight (20+ pounds) before, but I'm having a hard time finding the motivation now. I'm mom of a 1 year old, working a full-time job, trying to keep up on wife, mother, and housewife duties. Trying to find time to fit in healthy eating and exercise!

Other Information:
No one can make you feel inferior without your permission.
