My Goals:
to lose 30 lbs., establish a fitness routine, lower my cholesterol and blood sugar.
My Program:
Sticking to a 1200 - 1500 calorie nutrition plan and walking 45 minutes 6 days/wk, at 20 min / mile
Other Information:
My dad was type 2 diabetic for 20 years and it complicated our family life tremendously. My last two Dr.'s appointments indicate my blood sugar is creeping up. I need to take control of my health now for me and for my family.
