My Program:
I'm starting C25K and possibly the Insanity videos. I'll be drinking a lot more water!! Plus trying to eat healthier and to ration my food intake.

Having figured out my full program yet.

Thanks for checking in on me. I did go to my class (felt like quitting halfway through, but kept at it!) and my eating has been really good. I had a high protien lunch which kept the snack monster away!
