I actually got down to 190 in 2008, but for only a week. I was craving food!

This is me at my highest weight (339-340).

I have 5 pics in my gallery

This time I am relaxed, satisfied, and enjoying the ride. I have discovered the value of a low carb, moderate protein, high natural fat regime that builds health and vigor while maintaining satiety. Yah!

OH I hope so, we are moving dad in with us, but the house on that page is more conducive to it, and oh I want the water frontage and view, and it is close but we haven't asked the bank yet, nor shown dad so all may be for naught. x your fingers, eyes and toes! LOL thanks

Yeah, it's pretty ridiculous. Thanks for your prayers and support. It's just gotten old and I need to know WHY this persists!! Gotta get to the ROOT CAUSE!!

Thanks for your thoughts. I don't think I'm actually addicted to caffeine in the sense that I don't have it anywhere else in my day. I have reduced my coffee to one cup in the morning and it does not call my name at any other time. I stopped drinking diet Coke last fall. If I was determined to give up caffeine I would try again - to see if avoiding it was really what caused the fatigue. I didn't have any other symptoms, like headaches. emoticon
Red wine on the other hand has been a real problem for me. I think it is best I avoid it altogether. Just because I was able to get right back on track being alcohol free, doesn't mean I'll be able to do that every time.

I totally agree with you about not being controlled by any substance. I feel that way about carbohydrates/sugars for sure. I have never felt better since keeping carbs basically to vegetables and a few fruits.

I know this is a process and I am open to learning and growing; so thank you for your comments!
