I actually got down to 190 in 2008, but for only a week. I was craving food!

This is me at my highest weight (339-340).

I have 5 pics in my gallery

THank you for the welcome to the team. I haven't read the book but will get my hands on a copy. I am trying Primal (MDA) and am learning.
I am adding you as a friend and hope you will do the same.
Hugs,
Angela

Oh, isn't that FUNNY?? I skipped dinner and just ate two clementines. It's now 9 p.m. The last time I ate was 11 a.m. this morning (the organic homemade soup), except for the coconut oil and coconut manna about 3:30.

Feeling way better!

I hear you and you are RIGHT. Once you have adrenal exhaustion you never want to return to that place. I have lived in that misery twice. Both times for months on end - the first go around was about a year. Hard hole to climb out of!

My gut feels very ripped up right now, so I'm going on a semi-fast this weekend. Every time I eat I react badly. I can't wait for my test results to come back. I just wish it didn't take so darned long!

Thanks so much for your prayers and encouragement. It means so much!!

You remain in mine as well!!
