Read your note on Ramona's blog. It IS hard to eat differently than family. It CAN be a tug-of-war.
From my own experience, it is worth journaling about or blogging about to process your thoughts and feelings about finding a way to enjoy being with family as well as dealing w/ what food does for you (both the postives & negatives of each). -- For me, it is a bit of a teeter totter. !
