My Goals:
I want to lose around 145 pounds in order to reach a "healthy weight" for my height and body type. I also want to work on endurance and strength training. I'm challenging myself to eat as much organic food as I can and to take my lunch to work instead of eating out.

My Program:
I'm doing a combination of Walk Away the Pounds, 30 Day Shred, walking during my lunch break, and doing strength training and yoga at home.
