Doing it all over again

Sadly, here I am again. At exactly the same weight I was when I first joined SP in June 2009 - 173 pounds. So, what happened? By Christmas 2009, I was down to 146.5 lbs. I slowly crept back up to 150 lbs and stayed there until November 2010. Then, I changed jobs. My new job was extremely stressful and for most of 2011, I worked 70-80 hours a week. I'm 36, married and have an 11yr old son. We also have a black lab and a cat, who are important members of the family. The cat thinks he's the MOST important. I work outside the home, so I'm always juggling work, family and other activities.

Thank you so much for the wonderful compliments!! I didn't realize either that we could see the team results....lol...that pretty neat! It really helps to have someone notice how hard I'm trying to reach my goal...gives me a nice push. And oh boy, you are right on my back with the cardio minutes! I checked out your page and you are doing awesome yourself...it's so great that we've found SP and are reaching for our dreams!

Yeah, not sure how it happened except stopped eating at night. Which is my biggest enemy. So I think that probably cut my calories in half right there. I guess that would do it.
