I did it once, I can do it again!

I used SP back in 2009 and went from 173 to 146 lbs. I was so happy back then! Then, due to a series of events, including spinal fusion back surgery, I gained it all back plus some. I'm ready to get this weight off and keep it off forever. I did it once, I can do it AGAIN!

Exercising daily, switching things up to keep from getting bored.

Personal Information:
I'm 39, married and have a 14 yr old son. We also have a black lab and a cat, who are important members of the family. The cat thinks he's the MOST important. I work outside the home, so I'm always juggling work, family and other activities.

Thought I would stop by your spark page. I was wondering what kind of exercises you do for your nerve and hip pain. I had back surgery a year ago and I am pain free now. But I do a lot of stretches and exercises to help me with my hips as they are really tight. Hope to chat.
