Weight issues have been part of my life since I was little. It was hard to be a curvy teen when Twiggy was the model of the day! I always seem to find my favorite clothing stops one size below whatever I am able to wear.

SO...I am working on myself...my bad habits need to become good ones. My blood sugars need to be back under control.

Update 2011 ~ My scale is not showing progress, and it is not the fault of the scale. Today I will reset my tracker. I AM healthier ...

Update 2011 ~ My scale is not showing progress, and it is not the fault of the scale. Today I will reset my tracker. I AM healthier and more knowledgeable than I was when I started. I MUST recommit though if I am going to achieve my goals. So, FRESH START today.

I have been doing the oil pulling for a while now. I went on to the website: oilpulling.com and they recommend only using sunflower oil or sesame oil. I had been using olive oil and I used coconut oil a few times.

It said to only do it on an empty stomach so first thing in the morning or 4 hours after you have eaten. After you finish, you are supposed to rinse with salt water to get the rest of the "bad" things out of your mouth.

Just doing it with the olive oil, I have noticed a huge difference in how clean my mouth is and my breath stays fresh for a longer time.
Just wanted to give you an update on your helpful blog of oil pulling. emoticon
