Thank you for the advice about working out daily. It is very much appreciated. I think my body is telling me I need to take it a little easier too because I was so stiff and sore last week. I took a rest day on Friday and found that my performance has been much improved and no soreness. So from here on out I plan to incorporate 1 to 2 rest days per week and to pay more attention to my bodies signals.
You mentioned how your changed mindset was what was helpful in getting you to where you are. And I can see how that's possible. I'm slowly learning that changing my outlook is INSTRUMENTAL in seeing results, that taking each day as it comes is the only way we can accomplish anything, and to worry more about my health and to let the weight loss be a happy byproduct of those changes is most important.
I also wanted to tell you how encouraging it is to see your daily post about getting in your walks on my friends feed. It serves as a good reminder to me that daily exercise is key. It's a great motivator!
