I usually wake up at 4 and lay in bed until 5 to try and get back to sleep. It frustrates me more to lay there so I just get up. I get to bed at about 9:30 so apparently that is enough sleep for me. I think my body is used to getting up at 5 am for Wyatte. I have been doing well and have a lot of energy. I have cleaned my whole house already this morning and got some laundry done. If I need a nap I take one.
