Good for you, doing the DIET FREE exercise series! That is wonderful! Was it helpful? I couldn't go at the time it was offered. I have been pretty good on activity but the scale is not budging. I get 150 minutes in per week but maybe I need to step up the intensity. Good luck keeping up with the healthy habits!
I was not there because I didn't feel well and cancelled, but they might not have publicized that the room was changed from the original information -- it was changed to be in HSLC 1222 -- is that where you went? Sounds terribly frustrating to go and not find anyone. I don't know what might have happened other than the change in room.
